We are evolving how we structure our Major Pubcrawl Events, and the new format is designed entirely around bolstering the value of the ticket, keeping guests engaged on the route longer, and maximizing the immediate bar ring for our venue partners.
In the past, guests chose their own routes. That left venues entirely at the whim of the market—some routes would sell out immediately while others saw far less traffic than preferred. We are eliminating that unpredictability. Moving forward, the first three stops of our crawls are curated mystery routes. This allows us to equalize the crowd and delegate guests fairly to all our partnered venues based exactly on the capacity blocks you request.
The Proven Upsell Strategy
Since we first introduced included drinks to our service, all of our venue partners have reported an extreme increase in their sales. However, that opportunity was previously only available at the start and the end of the crawl.
We are now expanding that. Under the new model, guests will receive an included drink at every stop. This creates a forced interaction: every single guest we send you must walk up to your bartender with their wallet out to redeem their drink. You get a captive, thirsty audience ready for an immediate second drink or a round of shots before they get back on the bus.
The Math: Cost-Neutral For You
We want you to capture this extreme increase in sales without paying a premium. In the past, you paid a flat $4.00 per head routing fee, and we supplied the liquor.
Now, we are handing the drink distribution over to you, but we have adjusted our routing fee so you are not paying anything in addition to what you are used to. You cover the hard cost of pouring one standard welcome drink (typically around $0.60 to $0.70), and in exchange, we have dropped our routing fee to a flat $3.25 per guaranteed guest. Your total investment remains exactly the same—under $4.00 per head—but you gain complete control over the pour and the immediate upsell.
Guaranteed Blocks & Built-In Safety Nets
We sell these routes in guaranteed guest blocks so you know exactly how many staff to schedule. We also bake the realities of a pub crawl directly into the price so you never pay for guests who don't show up:
- Stop 1: You receive 100% of your requested volume. Because we require your door staff to manage registration, we automatically apply a $50 credit to your overall invoice.
- Stop 2: We account for natural event stragglers by applying an automatic 2.5% attrition discount to your block.
- Stop 3: We apply a 5% attrition discount here so you only pay for the people we reliably expect to walk through the door.
If our overall ticket sales fall short and we cannot fulfill your entire requested block, the monetary difference of the unfulfilled guests is automatically credited to your venue for our next event. There is zero risk of paying for empty space.

Review Partnership Terms & Conditions
This agreement outlines the terms of partnership between SkipLine Parties & Limo (the "Organizer") and the applying venue (the "Venue") for participation in major event pubcrawls. By submitting this request, the Venue agrees to host a designated block of pub crawl attendees assigned by the Organizer.
2. Invoicing and Pre-Payment Requirement (Strictly Enforced)
Submission of this form acts as a formal request for partnership, but is not binding and does not guarantee services until full payment is received. An official invoice will be sent to the Venue’s email. Pre-payment in full is required to lock in your requested guest blocks. Failure to remit payment will result in requested times and guest blocks becoming null and void.
3. Guest Allocation, Attrition, and Shortfall Credits
The Organizer utilizes a "mystery route" model, guaranteeing a specific volume of guests. Invoices are pre-adjusted to account for standard attrition (2.5% for Stop 2; 5% for Stop 3). If the Organizer is unable to provide the full volume of guests the Venue paid for, the monetary difference of the unfulfilled guest block will be automatically applied as a credit to the Venue for a future SkipLine event. No cash refunds will be issued for guest shortfalls.
4. Venue Responsibilities & Drink Provision
The Venue agrees to provide one (1) standard alcoholic beverage to each official pub crawl guest who presents a valid wristband or drink ticket. The cost of supplying and pouring this beverage is the sole responsibility of the Venue. If the Venue acts as "Stop 1", the Venue must provide door staff to scan tickets via the Organizer's app. In exchange, a $50 CAD credit is applied to the Venue's invoice.
5. Compliance, Liability & Indemnification
The Venue retains absolute authority over their premises and is solely responsible for adhering to all Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) regulations. The Venue agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SkipLine Parties & Limo from any claims arising from operations or the serving of alcohol. The Organizer assumes no liability for the behavior of individual guests while inside the Venue.
6. Cancellation Policy
If the Organizer cancels the event entirely, the Venue will receive a full refund. If the Venue cancels participation after payment has been remitted, the fee is non-refundable due to the logistical costs of re-routing buses.
